MFC 2026 Team Trials Information and registration

Welcome to Maroochydore Football Club (MFC)


Trials are aimed mainly at selecting our Division 1 (and Kangaroo) teams for 2026.

Trials will run through the month of November.
The full trial schedule will be release shortly.

All players are welcome to attend as we also begin to form our more social Division 2 teams.

Players are to trial in their own age group, unless prior approval is given, by our club Director of Football or Technical Director.
Please send an email with details to football@maroochydorefc.com.au if you are requesting to play outside of your age group.


Please note:
Maroochydore Football Club are ‘Development Committed’, working towards an FQ Academy Tier 2 Club Assessment Application submission in February 2026.


What does this mean?
MFC are preparing a submission to Football Queensland (FQ) to be screened and assessed during 2026 as part of the Regional Club Development Advanced pathway.

We will always remain a family orientated community focused Football Club; however, we aim to offer an advanced, high-quality player pathway for our own and other ambitious Sunshine Coast players.

We are committed to best practices in Player Development and Player Welfare via implementation of the Club Vision, Philosophy and Principles, SAP and Youth Development Plans and Coaching Methodology.

Parents, Coaches and Support Staff will be fully informed and educated on our delivery and methodology.


Our 2026 registration fees have not yet been set.
This will be done late December in preparation for full registration requirements.
